Basketball Camps are a great way to get introduced to the game, to gain a deeper understanding of the game, and/or to improve on skills. Camps are offered during the summer months and school holidays. Some camps are a week long while others are just one day. Basic Camp is offered for boys and girls in grades 2-6 and Advanced Camp is offered for boys and girls in grades 7 and up.
Group Workouts are two hour structured sessions that are open to boys and girls ages 10 and up. The workouts include strength and conditioning training, running, basketball drills, fundamental and advanced skills, and scrimmage/game play. Players can be divided into age/skill level groups if there is a need. The cost for the group workout is $20, which can be paid when you come. No advanced registration or minimum number of sessions required.
Kids Group Workout is an hour and a half session and is similar to the Group Workout, except it is geared for younger players, ages 6-10. Less running and a lot of fun! The cost for this session is also $20.
Girls Group Workout is the same as the Group Workout, but for girls only. All of our other activities are co-ed and mix boys and girls. Cost is $20 for a two hour session.
Individuals Are Private “One-On-One" Training Sessions, in which one coach works primarily with one player. The cost is $30 for an hour long session. Appointments must be made in advance for individuals.
Shooting Machine Times - Times are scheduled in half hour intervals for a player to use the shooting machine. Basically, the player shoots for a half hour as the machine rebounds and continually passes the ball back for the next shot. The cost is $20 per half hour and appointments must be made in advance to schedule time on the machine.
"Open Gym" Workout basically is time for players to come and use the gym to work on their own skills or play pick-up games while the coaches are in the gym running individuals with other players. Some direction or instruction may be given, but the coach's attention is directed at those having appointments. The cost for open gym workout is $20 for as long or as short as you want during the set hours for the day.
Personal Fitness (non-basketball) Training is offered to boys and girls and men and women who are interested in an hour long session with a personal trainer for a workout and fitness guidelines, exercises and suggestions. Each session is personalized and may include use of a treadmill, weights and other workout equipment. These sessions must be scheduled in advance and cost $20 per hour.
