Boys Baseball Coach
My name is Robert Welty. I have played almost every kind of sport since I was 4 years old. I played baseball for 21 years, 4 of them in college. My second most played sport would be soccer for 8 years. I have also played football, track, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, swimming, and golf for a few years each. After my playing years, I coached youth travel baseball for going on 4+ years as well as helped the OSNAS soccer program. Sports are some of the best ways for people to express creativity in motion, a drive for competition, and experiencing healthy social interactions. I believe that sports can teach lifelong lessons and I strive to instill a Christ-like attitude in all of my players.
