A qualified person will be a Bible-believing, church-going Christian who relates well with children, has excellent classroom management, and is in full agreement with our core beliefs. At OSNAS, a wise and virtuous person who has the ability to relate well with young people is more important than possessing a teaching degree. This is because “everyone who is fully trained will be like their teacher” (Luke 6:40) and we want our students to be like Jesus. May the Lord direct your path as you trust in Him.
