Dear OSNAS Family,
I hope you had a blessed Memorial Day Weekend. June is knocking at the door and this brings a lot of exciting events. The Senior Thesis was a big success for our inaugural year. The seniors will be leaving the school having accomplished a defense that most people will never do unless they go on to graduate studies. Whether a student goes on to graduate school or not, it is an important life skill to be able to defend one’s position with evidence, logic and eloquence, all for the glory of God!
OSNAS Updates:
- Friday is Field Day! For the first time, all grades will be able to participate. Students do not need to bring their backpacks. Please send them with a towel to sit on and a water bottle. They should come with a shirt in their designated class color. The school day will end at 11:15am. Parents are invited to attend and enjoy the festivities. Please do not park in the area where the busses drop off and pick up. I will be recruiting some parents for Team Teachers in the Tug of War 🙂
- The Spring Concert and Art Show will be taking place next Monday, June 5th (this is different from the physical calendar). The Student Art Exhibition will be open from 5:30-6:30pm. Students in grades K-6 should arrive at least by 6:15pm to meet in the sanctuary in preparation for the concert.Â
