Dear OSNAS Family,
Each week I try to communicate to keep you informed on what is happening at OSNAS. I also hope to encourage you with the Word of God and a Thought of the Week. I want to welcome all the new parents and students to the OSNAS family. It is a privilege to serve you. From my conversations with the teachers, we are very blessed to have a student body who respect the Lord and the people entrusted with their care.Â
OSNAS Updates:
- Tonight is the first Parent Teacher Connection (PTC) meeting. If you are interested in helping plan events to bless the students of OSNAS, this meeting is for you! We love to see parents involved in their child’s educational experience. Usually the PTC meets on the first Monday of each month from 7:00-8:00pm in the Creation Room. Tonight’s meeting will be in the downstairs Library at 7:00pm. You can see all the other scheduled meeting times by looking at the school calendar online.
- After-School Clubs will begin next week! You will be receiving an email within the next couple days from the Guidance Counselor so that you can sign your child up for one or more of these after-school opportunities. Some of the clubs come with a cost and some are offered free of charge. Click here for more information.Â
- For students in grades K-4 who normally take the bus home, if you as a parent know that your child will NOT be taking the bus on a particular day, please email us at attendance@osnas.org in the morning hours so we can plan accordingly. Last minute calls are difficult to handle so please communicate with us as soon as possible. You may also send the child in with a physical note, but we ask that you follow it up with an email in case your child forgets to hand in the note. Students in grades 5-12 must sign the “No Bus List”. If they neglect to do this in the morning, they will need to go home on the bus.Â
God’s blessings on your week!
