Dear OSNAS Family,
Jesus is the founder and perfecter of our faith. He gets all the credit and the glory for any good that comes from our life, even our trust in Him. Thank God that our salvation depends not on what we do for God, but what He has done for us. That’s what Lent is all about. We prepare our hearts to hear those words from the cross of Jesus once more, “It is finished!” Our sins are forgiven!
Here are some things to note moving forward:
- Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Thursday from 6:00-8:00pm. Unlike in the Fall, there will be a full day of school on that day. Please come and receive an update on the progress of your child and ask any questions that you may have. Because of time, we ask that parents of students in grades 5-12 anticipate spending between 5-10 minutes meeting with your child’s teachers. Elementary teachers will schedule a time to meet with you.
- Tomorrow is the deadline for signing up for the Sight and Sound Trip to see Moses in Lancaster, PA. Please refer to the email you received from Rosana Reade for the permission slip and trip details. If there is still room on the bus after tomorrow, we will be opening the trip up to interested parents to travel with us on the coach bus.Â
- The Junior and Senior class will be hosting a Sport Night on Saturday, March 18th from 6:00-10:00pm. All grades and families are invited to attend. There will be mutli-sport games throughout the night. The concession stand will be open and tickets will be available at the door. Come support the upperclassmen as they raise funds for their annual Spring Gala.Â
- Don’t forget to register for the Classical Christian Conference in our gym on March 25th from 8:45-12:00pm. All attendees will be able to enter a drawing for a $2,500 scholarship, one for new families and one for current school families. Click here to register.
