Dear OSNAS Family,
Entrepreneur Week is off to a great start! Several students brought in some homemade items to sell. After the Elementary lunch period alone, the students’ creations had gained over $50 from student and parent purchases. Students can continue to bring in new items and parents are always welcome to stop by to see the students’ handiwork.Â
Here are two exciting events that are coming up…
- There will be a Classical School Conference at out school on March 25th in the morning. At this conference, you will receive information on what sets classical education apart from progressive education (the default mode of education in America today). Both current and prospective families will have the chance to enter a drawing in which two families will be awarded a $2,500 scholarship for the upcoming school year. Please spread the word to anyone you think might be interested. Admission for this event is free. You can register at osnas.org or click HERE.
- You are now able to register for the OSNAS Dinner Banquet on May 20th. Along with a delicious catered meal, this event will showcase the school and feature keynote speaker Pete Hegseth, a NY Times best selling author as well a Fox TV show host. Pete’s children attend a classical school in Tennessee and his book Battle for the American Mind addresses the problem and solution of education in America. You can register for this event at osnas.org or click HERE.
We hope to see you at the Family Movie Night on Friday at 7:00pm in the gym. There will be carnival food and drink for sale, but admission is free. Students of grades K-6 should be accompanied by a parent while students in grades 7-12 may be dropped off but should stay in the gym.Â
