OSNAS Hosts 3rd Annual Poetry Cup
Dear OSNAS Family,
One of the skills that has fallen by the wayside in modern education is the ability to speak in public. It has become increasingly rare for young people to receive instruction or practice in this area. As a classical Christian school, we want to provide our students with plenty of opportunities to develop this important life skill. Jesus encourages us to let our lights shine in public, and this involves speaking on His behalf. We also want to fill our students thoughts with beautiful words and thoughts. This is what the Poetry Cup is all about. The students did a phenomenal job this year sharing their classical poems in front of their peers and parents! You can witness the event for yourself on the school’s facebook page. Congratulations to the 3rd and 4th grade class for their first place finish in the lower grades and to Daphne Saul for her first place finish in the upper grades.
