OSNAS Performs Alice in Wonderland
The upper school students of OSNAS performed the musical Alice in Wonderland on Friday and Saturday night. Thirty-seven students came together to put on a high-class show. They created the props, operated the soundboard, configured the light display, sang joyfully and acted brilliantly, all under the steady leadership of first year drama teacher Karen Saul. The message of the play was one of silliness and foolishness. God’s Word tells us that the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God (1 Corinthians 1:18). It was a privilege to share this message with all who attended.
OSNAS Updates:
- Wednesday at 8:15AM is our annual OSNAS Spelling Bee. Come watch our ten finalists compete from grades K-4.
- Our field trip to Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster, PA is on Friday. Students who are going must arrive at the school at 7:00AM. Trip details can be found at the bottom of this update. Students in 11th and 12th who are not going on the trip should stay home on that day. All other students should come to school to avoid an unexcused absence as instruction will be offered.
- The junior and senior class are hosting a fundraiser for their Spring Formal in June. All you need to do is eat ice cream 🙂 Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices & Ice Cream is donating a portion of their proceeds to everyone who enjoys a sweet treat at their establishment on Saturday. This only applies to the store in Stony Brook where one of our seniors works.
May the Lord bless and keep you!

Dr. Stelzer
“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel!” Matthew 23:23-24
