OSNAS Seniors Defend Their Theses
God’s Word tells us, “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have (1 Peter 3:15).” As Christians we should tenaciously seek out and defend the truth that is grounded in God and His Word. Last week, seven seniors presented their year-long research in front of three judges who challenged them with questions to see if they could logically and biblically defend their argument. Topics this year included the morality of birth control, men competing in women’s sports, foreign policy, creation vs. evolution, mental health for dancers, mental health among social media and radical Islam. I was proud of the seniors for how much time, effort and professionalism they put into the entire process.
OSNAS Updates:
- For those 9-12th graders who signed up, tomorrow is the field trip to Plaza Margarita Restaurant to practice Spanish and enjoy some good Mexican food.
- Mark your calendars for Field Day on June 6th from 8:15-11:15AM. Kids can wear their class color or their OSNAS gym uniform. Parents are encouraged to attend if possible. Bring your gloves and back brace for the notorious tug-of-war.
May the Lord bless and keep you!

“Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.” (Matthew 26:27-28)
