OSNAS Students Visit Lancaster PA to See Noah
Each year, OSNAS students in grades 3-12 travel to Lancaster to Sight and Sound Theatre for a better-than-Broadway production featuring a biblical character. This year, the OSNAS family was treated to a spectacular play on the life of Noah. We entered the theatre and witnessed what Noah experienced. It was jaw-dropping to see all the animals (both real and fake) when the 180 degree curtain lifted. But the most memorable moment was at the end when the ark converted into the shape of a cross. A door opened inside the cross and Jesus waled out with his arm extended inviting all to enter. Just like the door of the ark, Jesus is the door that leads us to safety and salvation. Everyone outside of Christ when He returns will experience the same fate of those outside the ark. Our message as Christians is an urgent one…Today is the day of salvation. Trust in Jesus and enter while the door is still open!
OSNAS Updates:
- The 3rd and 4th grade will be taking the Classical Learning Test on Wednesday. Please make every effort to have your child here so we don’t have to coordinate a make-up test day.
- If you would like to view OSNAS’ production of Alice in Wonderland, you can do so by clicking here. A big thank you to Nuri Zarpli who filmed and edited it. You can also temporarily access and download the photos by clicking here.
- There is a College Prep Night for 11th grade students and their parents on Thursday, May 15th at 7:00PM in the Creation Room downstairs.
- Everyone is invited to witness the Senior Thesis Presentations next week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30-10:30AM. The seniors have put in a year’s worth of work researching, writing a lengthy paper and now defending their chosen topic in front of judges who will be asking them questions.
- Thank you to everyone who came out for ice cream on Saturday in support of the Junior and Senior Spring Formal.
May the Lord bless and keep you!
