Thanksgiving Festival

I hope everyone had a thankful Thanksgiving. Thanks to God’s grace, we always get more than we deserve. At the school, we had a joyful Thanksgiving Festival last Tuesday. Thank you to the all the Elementary School parents who took the time to join us in the cafeteria for a bountiful feast. It is unfortunate that in many of our schools and churches, kids are often kept separate from their parents. Grown-ups go in one direction and young people in another. But God’s design is for kids to have a great amount of interaction with their kids, not only at the home, but at church and school as well. God gives parents, not the government, the ultimate responsibility of raising up their children in the Lord.

OSNAS Update:

  1. Our church was given a box of Decision Magazine by Franklin Graham’s ministry. We will be sending an issue home with the kids today. It has a lot of uplifting articles and features the Christian influence of Charlie Kirk on our generation. May we boldly stand up for Christ and teach our kids to do the same.
  2. On Wednesday, we will have a Picture Make-Up Day for those students who were unable to have their photo taken earlier in the year.
  3. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the Christmas Concert that will take place on Wednesday, December 17th at 6:30PM. The kids will be decorating the halls this week and you will be able to walk through the halls with you children before the concert. Join us for a Journey to Bethlehem!
  4. The PTC Meeting has been moved to next Monday at 7:00PM.

May the Lord bless and keep you!

Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.” Proverbs 3:9-10
