Veterans’ Day Chapel Service
On Wednesday, November 5th, OSNAS students gathered in the chapel to honor our military veterans. Six veterans and one active duty member were in attendance. Each one had a chance to share a little about their service. The students showed their appreciation by singing several patriotic songs. At the end, all students shook their hands and thanked them for their service. Our country’s best loved patriotic hymns and even our National Anthem (see verse 4) recognize our dependence on God. We honor those those who defend our God-given freedom, and most of all, we honor the God who gave it.
OSNAS Updates:
- Our school is once again participating in Operation Christmas Child. Your child is invited to fill a shoebox with gifts for a girl or boy. This shoebox will go to a place in the world where children rarely or never receive a Christmas gift with the message of Christ. Please bring your box to the school by November 21st.
- Click here to access photos from the Homecoming Dance. A big thank you to Chris Milian, father of two of our students, for taking these photos for us.
- Just like we did last year, we will be having an OSNAS Basketball League for boys and girls in grades 1-6. This is for anyone interested in practicing and playing games regardless of your skill level. The league will meet on Mondays and Thursdays in December and on Thursdays in January. Click here to sign up.
May the Lord bless and keep you!
